About Us
How Housing Disrepair Claims Work
Our Claims Process
Initial Sign Up & Phone Call
Once you sign up online, one of our team will call and discuss your situation with you. They will go through a series of questions to determine your eligibility for a housing disrepair claim
Case Accepted by Law Firm
If we find that you could be eligible to claim, your case will be sent to the Law Firm to be vetted. You will receive notification that the Law Firm has accepted or rejected your case
No Win, No Fee Agreement Signing
You will be required to sign a ‘Conditional Fee Agreement’ known as a CFA – this outlines the conditions of the ‘No Win, No Fee’ policy and the disbursements paid if your case is successful
Survey to Gather Evidence
Once you have signed the law firm’s CFA, we will send a surveyor to gather evidence to support your claim. In addition, the Law Firm will be working on building you a strong case
